The short answer: Antalya for an easy summer, Sharm or Hurghada for winter

Antalya is the easiest short-summer option because frequency is the product. Kazan's official summer-2026 schedule explicitly said Antalya capacity would increase,[4] and current schedule databases show daily or near-daily nonstop service from multiple airlines.[7]

For winter, Egypt looks stronger. AMUSTAY's 13 August fare export recorded KZN→HRG round-trip profiles from ¥69,511 (about RUB 36,502) and KZN→SSH from ¥70,405 (about RUB 36,971).[2] The minimums are almost identical, but Sharm had 39 observations with an average around RUB 44,596, while the comparable Hurghada profile had 14 observations averaging around RUB 54,115.[2] In this saved sample, Sharm had more depth at lower prices.

The nonstop network supports both: Hurghada is served by Aeroflot and Nesma Airlines,[5] while Sharm el-Sheikh has Aeroflot, Air Cairo and Nesma Airlines in the current published schedule.[6]

Why beach-flight comparison matters more in 2026

Reuters reported that July package-tour sales by Russians were led by Turkey at 37.7%, followed by Egypt at 21.3%, while Russia's own share was 9.6%; ATOR said more Russians were choosing to holiday abroad.[3] In July, ATOR also named Turkey, Egypt and Thailand as the leading outbound destinations for Russian travellers.[12]

For Kazan travellers this trend meets a very practical advantage: Turkey and Egypt can be reached directly from KZN without positioning through Moscow. That makes flight frequency and the number of cheap dates almost as important as the headline minimum fare.

AMUSTAY's July Aviasales-cache snapshot: nearby seas cost roughly half as much as long-haul Asia

In AMUSTAY's 24 July 2026 snapshot based on Aviasales / Travelpayouts cache data, near-term beach fares split sharply into two groups.[1] Dalaman appeared from ¥55,689, Antalya from ¥57,960, Hurghada from ¥74,816 and Sharm from ¥89,178. Phuket started at ¥144,728, Malé at ¥172,943 and Bali at ¥202,289.[1]

The time cost widened the gap. The Turkey/Egypt itineraries found in that snapshot took roughly 5–8 hours outbound, while Phuket, Maldives and Bali often took around 14–16 hours and multiple connections.[1] On a one-week holiday, a cheap nonstop can effectively buy you another day at the beach.

The newer winter sample makes Sharm especially interesting

The 13 August AMUSTAY export looks beyond the July last-minute window.[2] Hurghada's roundtrip_next profile contained 14 observations from December through March, with a ¥69,511 minimum and ¥103,052 average. A December roundtrip_same sample had 16 observations, minimum ¥75,214 and average ¥109,273.[2]

Sharm's roundtrip_next profile had 39 observations across October 2026 to May 2027, with a ¥70,405 minimum and ¥84,925 average.[2] The minimum is almost the same as Hurghada, but the average in this sample is roughly RUB 9,500 lower.

That does not make SSH cheaper every week. It does make Sharm the first place I would check when dates are flexible, followed immediately by Hurghada.

Antalya wins on schedule flexibility

Antalya's edge is not just its July minimum. Kazan's official announcement said Antalya frequencies were expanding for the 2026 summer season,[4] and current schedules show several airlines with daily or near-daily capacity.[7]

AMUSTAY's July cache found Antalya from ¥57,960.[1] High frequency lets travellers move the holiday by a day or two to catch a cheaper hotel or return fare. For a 5–10 day trip, that flexibility often matters more than saving a few thousand rubles on a complicated connection.

Hurghada versus Sharm: search both before choosing the resort

Hurghada has direct Kazan service from Aeroflot and Nesma Airlines,[5] and AMUSTAY's longer-horizon winter minimum was around RUB 36,500 equivalent.[2]

Sharm has three carriers in the current direct schedule — Aeroflot, Air Cairo and Nesma Airlines — and the AMUSTAY sample showed a lower average fare with more observations.[6][2]

For airfare, the best rule is simple: search HRG and SSH on the same dates. Let the fare and schedule decide first; choose the hotel area second.

Dalaman can be a bargain, but verify the exact week

Dalaman was the cheapest destination in AMUSTAY's July snapshot at ¥55,689, and the found outbound itinerary was only 5h15.[1]

The catch is seasonality. FlightConnections lists a seasonal Turkish Airlines nonstop service around twice weekly,[11] while other schedule databases can show no nonstop on particular dates. Treat Dalaman as a high-value opportunity when a direct flight exists, not as an always-on benchmark route.

Asia is where a normal airfare search can miss the charter market

Kazan's official summer announcement listed services to Cam Ranh, Sanya and Phuket.[4] Current scheduled-flight databases clearly confirm an Aeroflot nonstop to Sanya twice weekly,[8] while Phuket and Cam Ranh currently appear mainly as one-stop options in regular schedule searches.[9][10]

That discrepancy matters. AMUSTAY's July Aviasales-derived cache saw Phuket from ¥144,728 with two connections each way and Cam Ranh from ¥170,684 with multiple connections.[1] If charter or tour-operator seats are operating in parallel, a standard standalone airfare can be the wrong product to compare.

For Phuket and Nha Trang, compare three markets: regular airfare, charter seat, and flight-plus-hotel package. Sanya is easier because the regular nonstop is visible in the schedule.

Maldives and Bali are not expensive versions of the same one-week trip

AMUSTAY's July snapshot put Malé from ¥172,943 and Bali from ¥202,289.[1] The lowest Bali itinerary in the old article had a 20h55 return journey with three connections.[1]

That makes them a different holiday category. Turkey and Egypt dominate a one-week trip on time efficiency; Maldives and Bali make more sense with 10–14 days or when the long-haul journey itself is part of the experience.

A practical search order

  1. For a short trip through October, search AYT, HRG and SSH on identical dates.
  2. For November to March, compare SSH and HRG and check the three to five adjacent departure dates.
  3. Add DLM if western Turkey is the goal, but confirm a nonstop exists that week.
  4. For Asia, search SYX normally; for HKT/CXR also check charters and packages.
  5. Compare baggage-inclusive total cost, not the first number on the results page.
  6. On a one-week holiday, a modest premium for nonstop travel can be better value than losing a day to connections.

Bottom line: Kazan's 2026 beach market is about matching the route to the holiday

Kazan's 2026 network gives travellers a rare range of choices: dense Turkey service, both major Red Sea resorts, a direct China beach route and seasonal/charter Southeast Asia.[4]

For a short summer trip, Antalya is the baseline. For winter, current AMUSTAY data makes Sharm especially compelling while Hurghada is almost identical at the minimum.[2] For Asia, do not rely on a regular airfare search alone because charter inventory can change the economics.[4][9][10]

The highest-value strategy is to start with the dates, not the destination: compare four or five beach airports on the same holiday window, then choose the sea and hotel after the transport market has shown you where the value is.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest beach destination from Kazan?

In AMUSTAY's July snapshot Dalaman and Antalya were the cheapest. For the winter horizon, the latest saved data puts Sharm and Hurghada around RUB 37,000 equivalent at their observed minimums.

Are there nonstop flights from Kazan to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh?

Yes. Current schedules list Aeroflot and Nesma Airlines to Hurghada, and Aeroflot, Air Cairo and Nesma Airlines to Sharm el-Sheikh.

Which is cheaper in winter, Hurghada or Sharm?

Their saved minimums are almost identical, but Sharm had more observations and a lower average in the latest AMUSTAY sample, making it a strong first search when dates are flexible.

Are there nonstop beach flights from Kazan to Asia?

A Kazan–Sanya nonstop is confirmed in current schedules. Kazan's official summer programme also listed Phuket and Cam Ranh, but regular schedule databases may show connections, so check charter and package inventory separately.
